My dad left to Haiti for a Month

Now I'm back to blogging again, I just had a thought what going on! since everyone know that Haiti different country, had a earthquakes, it happened twice, so my dad volunteer to go over there to Haiti to help them.. it really amazing for my dad to willing have a chance to help other people. it his second time to experience this.. his first one was hurricanes Katrina few years ago.. he enjoyed each minute to help people out.. SO he flew to Haiti today,wont be return to states in a month.. god bless to my dad.. he has wonderful person he is good man. I love my dad Very much.. I just wanted to send my wish and send him a Good luck for my dad.. the first picture above of the Haiti picture, the white shirt is my dad and his good friend of his.. that was hurricanes Katrina.. so I hope he send us more pictures about Haiti country, so will update more about my dad later.. when he returns to States..

SAINT VS COLTS

MMMM.. this year for superbowls it gonna be crazy.. but My hubby and I also the kids too.. we went over to DeWaal's house, to watch 4 teams playing for superbowl for Feb 7Th, so jets was playing against Colts and Vikings was playing with against saints, so we watched.. and I was disappointed that Jet lost by colts, colts did destroyed jets really bad, so I was like good job, the point of the view I never like colts team! they are full of EGOS.. so we was all ready to watch Vikings playing against Saints that moments, it was really so HOT GAME got tied like 2 or 3 times during 1 to 4Th quarter.. I was hoping Vikings to win not the Saints. Because I really like to see Brett Favre to Retired this year.. but he BLEW it the game. the what he did played just like the same thing what he did on his old team Greenbay.. so Saints won the game, and enter in superbowl and will playing vs COLTS, but I'm proud of Saints and Vikings they played well, but disappointed with Brett Favre, but glad for saints to win for this year superbowl and it their first time in history that they are into Superbowl Congrats for Saints New olrnese LO. so My hubby and I look forward for superbowl on February 7Th 2010.. now I'm going Cheering for SAINTS.. not COLTS EEEEKk BOOOO BOOO COLTS,

2 weeks Today!!!!!

Today, it has been 2 weeks, I haven't smoke a cigarettes, my last time I smoked cigarettes was on Jan 7th so on Jan 8th I started day 1 so now it has been 2 weeks, I feel great!!! I want keep going with this journey, I feel great, but I have no craving cuz I not put them in my thoughts or anything.. I just kept going to different ways to avoid, I started reading books it really helps and it gave me a Peace of mind ( POM ) so I asked my husband to help so he did good job.. and my friends too.. thank you all.. I really appreciated! so

I'm gonna continue this.. cuz i want to quit FOR GOOD!!! so I can have a healthy life with my family... I m proud of myself.. to stay strong.. YAY.

Sorry it short blog that for today!. will blog more for One month.. I'm look forward for that.. I'm thrilled..

Update about DC's Left hand

These are all picture of my husband's Hand, most of of you all know about what happened! but sorry this picture look gross... but it happened 2 years ago, the accident happened at work he worked for my dad his own business company, On Dec 19th 2007, his hand got cutted from table saw, but it long story to explain, so he had total 9 surgeries on his left long finger, so he had his last surgery last week on Jan 12th, to fuse the finger that means can't bend at all.. he has a about 8 metals in his finger.. that means the metal will be permanent stay in his finger rest of his life!!!.. so so far.. he is doing great, but still feeling pain cuz of metals, not get used to it being that painful.. so one day it will be used.. so I hope you all enjoy this picture!!!! the x-ray shows that 8 metals in it. and other picture with Dr. Larry.. he is awesome doctor for DC.. so that all for news..

DC and I

This is 2009 picture of Me and my Husband, So it gonna be a short message from DC and Me so DC and I never had divorce yet, so we are still married, got things worked out, so we are gonna have a Refresh New Life together for 2010 for all of us.. and include for my kids.. too.. so this is recent picture of us in 2009 will update more later more pictures of densley life 2010 so watch out.. we have been married for almost 7 years in Nov 2010 so but we been together for 8 years.. but we kept it work it out.. so all is good.. no question to asked! we just want a refresh new life and move forward and forget the past keep moving a better days!!!!

DAY ONE!!! of quitting smoking cigarettes..

I been thinking about, how can I quit smoking cigarettes, it really difficult for me to quit, It been 10 years I been smoking on and off.. This moment for 2010 I been thinking that I really want to quit for this time for GOOD.. not even thinking going back to smoke again...
so I talked to one of my friend, asked any advices, how to rid of thoughts and craving smoking she says try read books and take ur thoughts of ur mind off it.. it helps to relax your mind off.. I was like HUH that must be hard for me.. The point I wanted to quit because, I want to have a healthy life and be there for my children my family, also want to continue to see my kids grow healthy life! there is no point for me to smoking, the reason I'm smoking, at first i think it really cool to smoke till I met DC I did stop for a while.. went back smoking till around Jan 2002 I was found out that I was pregnant with my first child, I did stop right there didn't smoke whole pregnancy, till he born!!! in 2 months after my son born, I had baby blue, I went back smoking again.. I was smoking so heavy.... till I found out that I was pregnant again with my daughter 2ND child, I stopped smoking the same thing what I did when I was pregnant with my son.
After My daughter born, few months later, I got back smoking Again, cuz of due of stress and crazy in lifetime what I'm through the years..


After all the years what I have been through, and I look back, whoa I did smoke for 10 years almost 11 years it time for me to quit, make it habit so I can become Non-smoker and happy not have worry about waste my $5 dallors a pack.. it so epesnive I can't afford it at all.. it getting me go crazy cuz I really craving a cigarettes, but I need to set my mind NO you want quit for this time and be serious.. so it killing me so bad.. but today, I handle it pretty good.. but it temping.. so thankful for my friend.. so I made a deal with her if I haven't smoke for 3 days.. she will order a book for me to pass 3 days of not smoking.. so Lord help me.. so i really want do this..

left is Austin and Me and right is Kelton they are my best friend's little brothers I know them since they were babies.. that picture was taken at their old house in orem now they dont live there anymore!! Austin was like 11 yrs old and I was about 16 yrs old Kelton was like 7 or 8 yrs old.. it so crazy.. i have watched them grow up all the years.. Austin have a adorable 3 yrs old son Karson and he have great person he protect his family inclue me.. sweet of him...

Now Kelton the youngest one the family haha.. i still like mocking him he still baby one.. just like my brother age.. he and my brother are same age.. but Kelton is 2 months older than my brother.. he is awesome.. but he likes to tease us.. my kids love these brothers.. Kelton has 1 yrs old son Koda.. his son looks alot like Kelton when kelton was his age.. whoa it could be twins.. like me and My mom...
